On average, Medical Service Associates can have a practice set-up and ready to do their billing in less than one week.

The collection ratio is determined by how high a provider’s fee schedule is compared to the reimbursements of the insurance company. If a provider has higher fees, their collection ratio will be lower. At Medical Service Associates we believe a more accurate number to look at for your collections is what is outstanding in accounts receivable. Our company policy is that our client’s accounts receivable over 120 days will be less than 10%; this is 5% lower than the national average.

Medical Service Associates invoices strictly on a straight percentage of the revenue we collect for your practice for the billing. There are no hidden fees for reports, resubmissions, or consultations.
